In this video I speak with Katie Warren (Psychotherapist) around the effects that the coronavirus is having on us and our well being. We also discussed ways in which you can keep yourself well and how we have adapted our service. We have all been impacted by the coronavirus and our experiences will last beyond that of the current restrictions. Making a space to openly talk about the effect the coronavirus has had on us is a vital part of our healing.
During this difficult time we have remained open continuing to work with people via secure video conferencing. We also appreciate that the current restrictions have force everyone to think abut how they work and manage daily life. This is why we have reviewed how we work and the services we offer. We now have a tailored therapy package and individual sessions at reduced rates, in order to help everyone to access support if needed.
